Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is the safe use of hypnosis as a way of helping to resolve ongoing issues. Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues including addiction, phobias and weight loss, anxiety, low confidence and self-esteem, fertility and also childbirth – commonly known as Hypnobirthing.

Hypnosis can occur when people experience what’s known as a trance state. Trance states are nothing to be wary of – they are similar to daydreaming and are a natural occurrence in everyday life. Often the client experiences a deep state of relaxation and is simply guided by the hypnotherapist whilst retaining control at all times.
