Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a popular talking therapy that was developed in the 1970s and is commonly used today. NLP is a quick powerful process and can be used to help anxiety, confidence, public speaking, phobias and addictions, motivation and sport's performance.

The science behind NLP tells us that the brain organises the way we think, feel and behave - and so by understanding the structure of our mental map we can identify negative thought patterns and beliefs that inhibit us. NLP gives us practical tools to understand how we experience the world and communicate with both ourselves and others, and provides us with powerful techniques to enable us to make the changes we desire.
