Born and raised in South-Korea where Chinese Medicine is widely practiced, Eunhwa has prior to her career as an acupuncturist worked as in patient care and nursing for a decade. She completed a degree course in acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) in Reading, UK, in 2009 and has since practiced both Five Element acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She holds several qualifications in other related disciplines, including Tui-Na (acupressure), ear candling, Indian head massage, natural face-lift massage. Various other techniques are also used to treat patients where appropriate, including ear – acupuncture, cupping and moxabustion (heat therapy).
She treats a wide range of conditions and is particularly interested in stress management as it is often found to be the underlying cause of health problems, be that emotional disorders or physical ailments. She is focused on preventing the harmful effects of stress, bringing lasting balance to various systems.
