Yoga (One To One)

The term Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Yug’ meaning ‘union’. In practicing yoga we are aiming to combine our body, breath and mind - making it more than just an exercise regime. Our posture improves; we become stronger and more flexible but also healthier and calm – empowering us to cope better with everyday stresses of life.

One to One Yoga classes here at Belsize Health are tailored to develop your abilities in a safe and structured environment. Programs are devised to suit you and your unique needs. We focus on breathing well and moving with your breath, ensuring correct alignment of your body, increasing your flexibility, strength and your stamina - including that of your mind! We also incorporate some yoga philosophy so you can better understand your practice.
